Wisconsin Realtor Eric Kodner Appointed To National Association Of Realtors Committee On Equal Opportunity

LaPointe, Wisconsin, February 20, 2010 – Northwest Wisconsin Realtor and real estate broker Eric Kodner, of Madeline Island Realty in LaPointe, has been appointed to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity Committee by NAR President Vicki Cox Golder.

In addition to his NAR committee post, Kodner is in his second year as a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association Equal Opportunity in Housing Committee, which meets in Madison. The State committee addresses issues of diversity, fair housing and cultural differences among consumers. Kodner also currently serves as Education Chairperson for the Wisconsin Chapter of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).

Kodner will be attending the NAR Midyear Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C. during May of this year. Committee members will attend meetings to discuss legislative and real estate industry initiatives aimed at promoting fair housing.
